Delivery

​Delivery Next Day Explained - This service can be by Courier/Royal Mail SD/Parcelforce/Budget Delivery/Our own vehicle service. Price includes: Admin, Packaging Materials. Drop off to Courier Depot/Counter, Royal Mail Post Office Counter/Depot and delivery to a UK Post Code Address. Next Day deliveries are for in stock items. If not in stock you will receive the item next day once back in stock.

We do not deliver/ship outside the UK. We only delivery to UK postcode addresses.

Next Day - Monday - Friday (does not include Saturday or Sunday)

Delivery will be by Courier/Royal Mail/Parcelforce vehicle, truck or our own van. This will be Monday – Friday between 8.00-6.00pm. All packages and parcels will need to be signed for by a person at the delivery address. The courier will not leave or take to another address and will only delivery at street level. Delivery will be to the normal geographical delivery areas that most courier companies deliver to. If you are outside these areas but still in the UK please contact us before you place an order. Delivery cost varies and depends on which option you have selected. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed for dispatch/delivery the next working day. All dispatching and deliveries are subject to stock which can change without notice. If you receive a missed delivery card please read the instructions on how to get your parcel which may involve you collecting your parcel from the local depot.

Standard Delivery Area

Standard delivery is to Mainland UK only. Delivery to: Islands, Highlands, Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and remote locations including Channel islands, I.O.W & I.O.M an alternative delivery method may be used. This could include economy couriers or Royal Mail (3-5/7 Day delivery)

Delivery areas may be changed without notice. Deliveries are subject to stock levels.

Collections

sammicspares.com is an online business with no collection facilities. Most of the spare parts will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.

Before any part can be returned an authorised returns number is to be obtained; failure to obtain a returns number may result in the part being refused for credit and returned back to you. The RT Number will be e-mailed to you - do not send until you have received this RT number.

Damaged Parts

sammicspares.com must be notified within 24 hours on receipt of all damaged parts. All damaged parts need to be returned in their original packaging at your cost.

Parts that are No Longer Required

A re-stocking charge of 25% will be applied for all stock items; however parts that need to be returned to their respective manufacturers may have a different re-stocking charge. A credit for the part/parts only minus the restocking charge will be raised. The delivery/carriage cost will not be credited.

Parts that will not be accepted back due to their hygenic, sensitive, electrical and/or mechanical design.

Printed Circuit Boards (PCB’s), Electronic Fascia’s, LED’s, Neon’s, Ribbons, Sensors, Magnets, Transformers, Hinges/Shock Absorbers, Electro-mechanical timers, Relays/Contactors and Capacitors

Parts that will not be accepted back due to their electrical/mechanical design.

Elements, Wash/Drain/RBP Pumps. Vac-pumps, Vac-pack elements. Seals, Bearings, Gaskets, Oil, Sealing Valves, Solenoid Valves/Coils, Vac-Pack Lids/Cover Sets

Parts will not be accepted back due to chemical use.

Detergent or Rinseaid components.

Any part that has entered an envoiroment where food is prepared - Blades, cutters, discs, salad baskets, Vac-pack chamber boards, abrasive turntables & hoppers will not be accepted back due cross contamination.

Special order items will not be accepted back for credit.*

Duplicated Orders

Duplicated orders due to sammicspares.com will be issued with a full credit.

Duplicated orders that are customer errors will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge for stock items; however parts that need to be returned to their respective manufacturers may have a different re-stocking charge.

Picking Errors

All picking errors must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order; full credit will be issued where necessary.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts

All information on the appliance, including model and serial number to verify the information given.

* Special Order items: are non-stock items, or items that can be returned to our suppliers. It is recommended that you check the return status of parts when ordering.

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24hrs. Refuse a delivery if you see any damage.

Warranty.

3 months warranty on all parts. Warranty is void if part is not fitted by a qualified technician. All warranty claims subject to inspection and T&C's
